Processing and transit times vary by product, fulfillment partner, and destination. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates, not guarantees. If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before placing your order so we can check available information. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.

Fulfillment partners and separate shipments

Some products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, we will share it with you. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier receives a shipment.

Delivery address and order changes

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at dmerc70@yahoo.com. For damaged items, keep the packaging and include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

International orders

Where international shipping is available, customs processing may affect delivery times. Review checkout for any duties or import taxes collected with your order.
